BRIAN D. CAHILL

Brian Cahill joined DCLRS in January 2008.  As Manager of Government Relations, Brian adds four years of staff experience in the U.S. Senate to the DCLRS team. 
       
Before joining DCLRS, Brian served as an aide to Senator Frank R. Lautenberg (D-NJ), a member of the Senate Environment and Public Works (EPW) and Appropriations Committees.  Brian covered judiciary, immigration, labor, telecommunications, and technology issues for the Senator.  Previously, Brian served on the staff of Senator Tom Carper (D-DE), and as an Intern for Senator Joe Lieberman (ID-CT) and former Senator Robert Torricelli (D-NJ).  Brian’s experience offers clients an important insider’s understanding of the Senate’s procedures and traditions.

A native of New Jersey, Brian earned a B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University in 2003.
